1 Session ($150 a session)
We review your intake form together and build your personal lifestyle and nervous system support protocol. A good starting point if you want to see how we work together.
5 sessions ($90 per session)
Your intake and protocol meeting plus (4) 60-min consult sessions. Steady support through the early stretch of your taper.
9 sessions ($70 per session, best value)
Your intake and protocol plus 8 consult sessions. Consistent, longer-term support for the full arc of a taper, because withdrawal rarely runs on a schedule.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Purchase your package above. Choose a single intake or a package. Be on the lookout for an email with your agreement to sign, and your intake form to fill out. Here, you will then tell me about your history, your medication, your prescriber, and what you're hoping for.
2. Build your protocol. In our first session we map out the lifestyle, nutrition, and nervous system support that fits your body and your life.
3. Adjust as you go. In our consults we check in, troubleshoot, and adapt your support as each stage of your taper unfolds.
GOOD TO KNOW
Rescheduling: Please give at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule. More is always appreciated, but I know withdrawal is unpredictable and life happens.
Payments: Sessions and packages are paid upfront. I don't offer refunds, but I will always honor a reschedule with proper notice.
Your care team: You'll need to be working with a prescribing clinician for any medication changes. Coaching works alongside your care, not instead of it.
